At PayPal, I built the executive recruiting and talent intelligence function during a period of significant scale; over 100 VP and above hires, and the systems that made repeatable, strategic hiring possible.
Before that, AWS. Before that, Microsoft.
I work exclusively with fintech and payments companies because I know the domain — the talent density, the competitive landscape, and what great looks like at every level of the org.
